We Need a Family Dentist

It's been 8 months now and it feels like only yesterday when we arrived here in Ar. My kids enjoying everything here, the school, the new house, new friends, new friends and even the new weather! Compared to me, I am still adjusting with the cold weather. I feel like I am going to be sick always when winter comes plus I am having tooth-edge pain! This is gonna be my number one problem. I really need to see a dentist! I am also worrying about my kids, I am not sure if they are going to experience tooth-edge too. I am looking for a Dentist websites and whoa, the services here are really costly! I am wondering if it's because they are paying Dental practice websites and some Dentist marketing people to promote their business that's why it's a little bot pricey but I guess not. Most of the services like this in America are really expensive so you better have a health card to get discounts and some privileges. Like I am always saying, over and over, I still need to get a job for us to be able to get a health insurance. For now, We really need a family dentist before winter comes.

Going to Carnivals

We never had a chance to go to a carnival as a family. Back when we are in the country, I wanted to bring the kids to "Star City", its a carnival that is open in the afternoon till 1 in the morning. There are lots of rides, and entertainment and some free no deposit bingo.
What I love in carnivals are the rides over than free bingo no deposit though I love to play that, but kids can't play that so we rather buy it popcorn. Kids love the rides, they have no fright. They can ride anything for kids without hesitation. The scariest thing they have done already was the 'cable car' i Tagaytay and they loved it! I wish we could find a carnival here and visit sometime as a family this time. We have some plan on going back to Texas again this coming 4th  of July  but I have no idea yet where we will go in particular. Any place will do for us but carnival with no deposit bingo is also cool, though we don't have idea where.  Let's see If I can play bingo no deposit if that time comes.

My Little Tinkers

My kiddos are really big already, they are a big help in terms of doing some simple households!
We went to buy some storage box in walmart last weekend. We bought one for their toys and one for my balloons. We also got some hangers and shoe rack for them.
Look at them doing stuff on their own but ofcourse still with my supervision.

Kiddos Needs Physical Examination

NRG 2 Patch Pocket Kimono Notch Neck Wrap Top (Medical Scrubs) 41157My Little Angels are now enrolled and soon to be going to school this year but there's two more requirements we need to submit- an ITIN and their physical examination. We were processing the ITIN already but not yet with the medical examination. We haven't found a clinic where to get this medical exam yet coz were just thinking of getting a health card first. When everything is ready then that's the time we were going to choose a clinic or a hospital where my kids could undergo physical examination. My kids have this trauma with doctors due to immunization thing-y so I wish to find a child friendly clinic like a pediatrician where the doctors and other clinic stuff wears colorful grey's anatomy scrubs, That can help kids lessen their frights with doctors aside from those toys and other entertainments inside the clinic. There are also barco scrubs with character or shape designs I used to see in some clinics and my kids love it. I wish my kids would participate when their physical examination scheduled soon. I have no idea how that physical examination for kids. I wish there no needle involve. My kids have this too much injections already. They had this monthly immunizations last year coz we catch up on their other immunizations that wasn't given on time. They also got too much injection from anti rabies because they were twice scratch by a kitten. I can totally understand why my kids don't love mych to go to doctors.

Mommy Moments : Birthday Photos

Happy Mommy Moments everyone!
So, birthdays...I love birthday parties but we don't party every year. My little angels' birthday last year was kinda happy but unhappy because daddy wasn't there to celebrate.
Here's my Kids' latest birthday photos...

I love celebrating my angels birthday, they are the greatest gift God had give to me and to my husband. If possible, I wanted a birthday party yearly but somehow we still need to think of our priorities. This latest birthday of them were unexpected, we didn't plan on it, it just happened. I guess husband was just guilty being away from us working abroad and it's the only way he could make our kids happy and he did! My kids are happy during the party but there were times they are thinking about their dad being not there. Then there comes the never ending explanation again why daddy wasn't there with us. But it's okay coz everything went well, thanks to the party planner who happened to be ME and I made sure my kids will surely enjoy their day! Their daddy asked what they wanted for their party then I planned for it. I personally made the lootbags , balloon decors and giveaways. I just love doing that! If I have longer time I suppose to order personal stuff like nap mats or toddler bagpack made in embroidery dallas. But shipping is quite long so I decided to make things available in Divisoria. :D
I wonder how my kids will celebrate their birthdays now that we're here in US. I guess going to the park is the simplest yet fun way! What do you think?

Mommy Moments : School Break

mommy moments

Kids finished their school earlier than the scheduled school break in the Philippines, now that were here in Arkansas we will be stocked in the house for more than few months before going back to school again. We missed the most fun season in the Philippines, the summer break! We all love summer even though the sun is as hot as hell! Why not if we can do many things during summer, right? My kids love swimming, they are actually waiting for summer. Right now, our summer plans were cancelled since it's not summer here, it's spring time! Almost like summer but there were times that it's still cold even it's sunny day. There is a swimming pool within our village and my kids kept on requesting to go swim already(without knowing that they can possibly freeze there).
Plans, as I've said no plans yet for summer :D For now, our plan is to stay at home, play with the kids, watch, maybe teach them some art activities or cooking stuff. I wanna bake with my kids but there are lots of thing we need to invest first, so maybe that's the last thing on my list.

Happy Mommy Moments! :)

My Little Angels New Friends

For our two weeks stay here in AR, my kids seem to like it in here. They love the house, the weather (not for me) and the surroundings. They love to go out and run around the village, but sometimes the weather is not good for them to stay outside the house. My kids loves to go out, mingle and play with other kids that's why we are bringing them to the park, bringing them to dad's pinoy friends and meet other people.

My kids are not hard to get along, they were friendly, and they were happy to meet their new friends here...

Meet the 'KUYA's,' (big brothers) they are the sons of dad's Pinoy friends/office mates.

My angels met them two weeks ago in a party and they got along well. They played with this bay blade thing and they enjoyed it.

Tanya is our neighbor from the ground floor of the apartment, she's an Indian but an American Citizen. She seem kind so I am hoping they will become good friends. Ishi was visiting her sometimes.

I am hoping they would meet more friends soon!

Mommy and ME #12 Everyday is our Bonding Day!

Mommy and Me Monday at Really, Are You Serious?

Our life especially my life is totally different now...If before I wasn't waking up so early to cook, now was different. I am not just a cook, I am also the washer, the cleaner and the nanny and all! Imagine that? I am not complaining alright? I am just having a slight adjustment with this changes in our lives. It's a positive change anyway, I felt like I am more responsible now as a wife and a mom.

Everyday kids and I were always together inside our new home all day long five times a week. Sometimes were going out but people seem not to love going out from their places so we haven't met much people yet.

So what we do all day is play inside then eat, watch movies online then eat, take a bath then eat. Whoa what a routine!

Here's some of our pictures together last weekend when I was cooking our breakfast...

then....ATTACK!

I wonder what to do this weekdays again while waiting for daddy to come home. I hope the weather will be fine soon so we could go outside and play or maybe meet some neighbor :D

Happy Mommy and Me to all!

Mommy Moments : Kids and Mom's First Flight

mommy moments

Hi everyone! I am now officially using this website for Mommy Moments instead of using "Me, Myself and Jes', and I am so happy to be back to blogniverse! :)

Here's my entry for this week, a WHITE BOARDING pass.
Just in time to share our first unforgettable flight experience.

Photobucket

This white boarding pass was given to us in MIA Terminal 2.

Photobucket

and here's Ethan holding his passport and boarding passes, a little bit sleepy coz we were in the airport at around 4am

We got 3 boarding passes, 1st was for Manila to Narita Japan, 2nd, Narita to Atlantha. This second trip was a horrible experience for a Mom like me who was alone with two kids, we were boarding when we experience that 3 consecutive strong earthquakes. At first, I though it as just part of boarding experience, I just learned it from the stewardess when the earth quake stopped. I didn't panicked for I can't see any worried face inside that plane. They were all calmed and patiently waiting for us to fly. I started to worry when our trip was canceled that day but thank God for we can be able to fly in the evening after waiting for 5 hours inside the plane.
Our 3rd passes was for trip to ARKANSAS from Atlanta. This is the most exciting part for us three. We were all so excited to see dad. We just flew for 2 hours and then we were at last reunited! So happy!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who had been worried for us and prayed for our safety.
