I'm Back!

I missed blogging!!! I missed everything for almost two months that I don't have my laptop. My laptop is not actually broken or something.... I just wanted to have my keyboard replaced using my warranty that is about to expire last December 2009 so I decided to avail the free service under it's warranty before it expires. I didn't expect I have to wait for 2 months instead of 2 weeks like what they've promised! I am really pissed off but I can't do anything about it but wait, so here's my laptop now! I missed it very much! Aside from blogging I missed digiscrapping and Artscow too! I have so many pending albums to do! I hope I could do them sometime soon! I also missed to blog my Christmas and new year moments, hope to write about it soon. I missed shopping online too! I missed looking for personalized items, you know I love shopping online! The last thing I spotted were personalized duffle bag, insulated lunch tote and the undying laundry bag. Hope to find more new interesting stuff online. I missed my Amigas too! I missed chit chatting with them. I missed sooo much fun in blogosphere! Hope to visit their blogs soon!

Dad's Birthday Present for our 'Lil Princess

It's my daughter ISHI's birthday on November 14.....daddy can't wait to have her daughter's birthday wish granted. Last Wednesday hubby asked us out so we could buy her Ishi a gift already since he brought the car with him that day. We went to SM Makati Toy Kingdom. Ishi saw a lot of toys she also likes. She said she likes barbie doll, baby doll, baby stroller, Ezy roller, nap mat, personalized pillow cases and so many more! I really had fun looking at the toys, If only I could buy them all for my kids. But our budget is really not enough to have all of what Ishi wants. I also felt guilty for we didn't even buy something for our little boy. I think he understands that it's his Sister's birthday that's why she had a present. Ishi's birthday is kinda expensive even it's not actually a birthday party, it's only Ishi's treat to her classmates, teachers and some parents. I am so nervous already! I am so excited for my little girl. Tomorrow is her celebration in school while we don't have plans yet on Saturday, November 14, her real birthday. Again I am so happy for my girl! Happy Birthday Ishi!!!!

Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween everyone!
I waited for this event but since I am so busy with so many different things, I haven't prepared for my kids planned costumes for this year's Halloween Parties. They were suppose to wear tinkerbell and peter pan costumes but I wasn't able to provide them that costumes. So hubby and I just brought the kids to mall and shop for costumes. My daughter Ishi chose to become a princess instead of tinkerbell while Ethan is Batman. Batman costume chosen by dad. I'll be posting pics as soon as I have more time. I can't wait to show them to you guys but you know I have to arrange and digiscrap them first ehhehehe =) Just wanna update my blog while downloading movies here. I am not in the mood to digiscrap yet oh gosh, please inspire me! How come I am not in the mood to digiscrap for a month now?! I have so many pending projects till now...hope to do them sometime! There are lots of promos now! Anyways, maybe because I am pre occupied with some other things that's why. Oh well, I guess I have to do more important things first, My daughter's birthday is coming so soon and I still have to prepare for that. Oh there are plenty of things to do....I need to relax first! Download more movies dad! Watching movies calming my mind from thinking! Next time I'll try game torrents! Oh yeah! I need to relax!

Busy....busy....busy...

Oh Time flies so fast and I didn't even notice that my daughter's fieldtrip is on Monday already! I have so many things need to do ....this coming weekend is another tripping day, no schedule yet but I am hoping to have one. And on sunday, we have to go to the mall to buy costumes for my kiddos. We were going to attend Halloween Party at their dad's office on Thursday. One more thing, I have to bring Ethan back to San Lazaro Hospital for follow up anti rabies injection again on Tuesday. Oh that's a lot of schedule. I can't bear them anymore! Multi tasking is my expertise but not this time. Being a Mommy is really a hard job! Oh well as if I do have a chance to back out! I love my kids and my husband so all I have to do now is to stay strong! After this schedule I am planning to go to Ilocos if my husband wants to coz I wanted to visit my Lola's grave as well as my Lolo who's been wanting to see us also. I hope we could visit him. After then I still have to prepare for Ishi's 2nd quarter exam moved on November 4. And then her upcoming 4th birthday to be held in school. No fancy celebration, we just want her to celebrate her birthday with her classmates. And if all those appointments were done....next in line is to look for gifts. I don't have time to shop this month...I am so pre occupied with so many things. Hope I could still have time to shop before christmas. I was joking with my friends if sex toys like vibrators is okay for them as a gift ahahhah! I am so sorry that was only for fun ofcourse I will not give them that kind of a gift coz that's expensive! ahahahahah! =0 Just kidding!

House Finder Philippines now House Finder Realty

Finally, after waiting for almost a year, my House Finder website has it's own domain now. My husband finally chose a web host for our website. It's really hard to find a web host. We really wanted an affordable yet reliable web hosting for our business. We only chose Joomla for template (thanks to Mommy Online for introducing us to joomla). I think my husband is loving it already. He doesn't need to consume his time making our website if we can just encode datas in joomla having a ready template. He didn't teach me yet how to use joomla coz I think it's more complicated than blogspot. It's more on for Pros like my husband who is more knowledgeable in computer thingy. But i have to study it also because I am the one who's going to update it regularly. Hope our realty business will bloom now that we have our own website now. I actually have a blogspot account of this but we change the name a bit. From House Finder Philippines to House Finder Realty. It's not yet open to public for we haven't encoded datas yet. I Really Need My Website Now!

Oh Gosh! I am so tired today! Just came from site orientation in Tropical Greens subdivision in Tagaytay City a new project of IPM. I wanted to try selling Tagaytay projects since they do have free service vehicle provided. I really need to add it soon in my ads. Speaking of ads, my sales last month is quite good and I am hoping to have more inquiries this suceeding months of the year. I really need to earn more money this year for we have so many obligations to pay next year. I really need to set a quota for myself. In order to reach that quota, I think I really need to hurry my husband finishing our website he's designing for almost a year now! Imagine that? He's really busy with his work that's why I totally understand. He actually wants to hire a web designer already but I don't like to because we don't have budget for that yet. I am hoping he'll finish it soon! I actually do have a web host choice already. I want an affordable but dedicated server hosting company that will expose my site and gathered more inquiries. More inquiries, more possibilities of more sales! My boss has a website and it really has a positive outcome to her sales. She has so many sales every month. She's reaching her quota of 10Million a month because of too much exposure of her ads in her website. That's why I am wanting to have my own website too!

Project No. 2 "Ishi's First School Experience" Digiscrapbook

I am done with my second photo book " Ishi's First School Experience" and have it printed in artscow already! Hooray! I am so excited to see it printed! Aside from photo book, I also purchased 5 pieces 8*10 collage for only $.99! What a deal! Now I have to wait for 3 weeks before i see it =) I also wanted to order some cool stuff I am seeing in the internet today! I want personalized stuff. I am done with my personalized mousepad and now I am thinking of other stuff like personalized placemat for my kids. I am also wondering with coffee sleeves product and mom agenda stuff. There are lot of things I wanted to buy online but I really have to earn more money online. I am really trying hard so i could grab more opportunity. I still have more photobook projects to finish so I have to earn more dollars online. These are my inspiration why I am blogging so hard. I wish I could finish all my photobook projects soon!

Swine Flu

Have you read about the news about this swine flu? I can't beleive there's another kind of disease born in this planet! When I was younger, I have heard bout SARS, Antrax and many more diseases that are deadly and no prevention at all.I am very afraid that time. Now that I have kids, my fear with these kind of sickness is getting stronger and stronger. But it's okay, I am just leaving this all to God, I wish my kids will not have this kind of sickness. I know that there is swine flu prevention. I'll just stay positive and as long as I am taking care of my kids, I think there is nothing bad will happen.

My Husband and I will Marry Again!

Another friend of mine is gonna get married this month, I am so excited for them! I love to attend wedding ceremonies and parties. I love listening to priests or pastors giving matrimonial rites to couples. I love seeing them kiss and giving each others vows. How I wish my husband and I could get married again. This time, I want it to be perfect. I wanna get married again on our 10th or maybe 25th wedding anniversary. I wanted it to be a beach setting, all of the guest are going to wear beach wear like in Hawaii. I will still wear white dress but not the traditional wedding dress. I want a white see through dress with a red pair of bikini swim wear! Gosh what I am imagining here hehehehe! But honestly if possible I really wanna wear those! I also want to do my giveaways and souvenirs personally. I love making giveaways! I will try some edible wedding favors like wedding cookie favors or candy wedding favors. Hmmmm that sounds yummy especially if it's chocolate flavor, what do you think? Hmm enough with this day dreaming....I will just earn more money for my dream wedding ehehhehe =)

Family Bonding

Last night we went to MOA, and for the record, it's our first time to go out with my in-laws alone (what i mean is without any other relative with us). It's just me, hubby, the kids and them. We have dinner and the kids rode some kiddie rides inside the mall. After that we stayed outside the mall, there's a park outside where my kids can play around. They really enjoyed that night. They we're so hyper, I don't know where they are getting their energy. When we're about to go home I thought they'll be sleeping in the car already but their not, they played until we got home! What an energy! Anyway, good thing they didn't sleep in the car coz if they do, they might be up till dawn! I am very contented to see my kids so happy this past few days. We bonded so much! Hubby had his vacation since Monday untill Holy Friday from his office, we stayed at home during Holy thursday and went swimming on Holy Friday. Rest again last Black Saturday and MOA yesterday, Easter Sunday! What a week! I love it! I hope we could do it forever even when we are already old. That's why we need to stay healthy and strong in the future so we could still dance with them, go to the park with them, run with our grandchildren with them.

Looking for A Good Website Hosting

Our future website for House Finder Philippines is still in the process...my husband is so busy with his work. After work, he still wants to spent his few minutes with the kids. And during weekends, he still has something to do before he spent sometime with our website. That's why I am thinking if I should hire somebody who could finished it and have it hosted already. Posting free ads in some sites is no longer effective. I am not sure if that was just happening to me and not to any other people posting there. I have been looking for affordable yet effective website hosting. There are lots of referrals but I am not really sure how to choose a good one. I should know first some things I have to consider. I am not actually aware of some things that a website host can able to do with websites, that's why I really need to research more about it before I decide.

I am 3 years happily married now. Still getting stronger, and everyday falling in love with each other. Sometimes when we have problems, we really need to find someone we could talk to. I Miss my Grand Pa!

I wanted to go for a vacation this summer at Laoag Ilocos Norte, I lived there for almost 6 years since my father died. I studied there from grade four until I graduated in High School. My Grand father and grand mother were my guardian that time. There were the ones giving me allowance and feeding me of course. I studied here in Manila for college after I graduated in high school. I promised my self that I will help my grannies when I finished college ang get a good job. I graduated last 2004 but I never gave any help to them. I feel so guilty because my grand ma passed away last year. I wasn't able to give her my promise. Even I wanted to give some help to my grand father now for his medicines, I can't able to give some because I do have lots of responsibilities with my kids and my family especially my brother studying in college. I know they understand my situation but I can't help to feel so sad and guilty. My cousins there said my grandfather doesn't need money, he needs us. He needs our presence especially now that grand ma is gone. I think he's bored, if I can only teach him to chat in Senior Chat Rooms so he can talk to his fellow seniors. I think that is a big help for him. Then need some acquaintance or leisure.

My Astigmatism Getting Worse!

My last eye check up was last July 2006. Diagnosed with astigmatism, 100/100 vision so I had my eyeglasses! I just wore my eyeglasses for only 1 month. I can't stand it! I don't like wearing it before. Now, It seems that my vision is getting worst! I need to visit an Ophthalmologist again so I could have a new pair of eyeglasses!

Protecting Myself and My Family

I am contented being a WHAM or Work At Home Mom. I am happy taking care of my kids while working. I am happy going out anytime I want If I am free. But some good things about working in a company is that, you have this different benefits. They have their Health Card which I envy most because I always wanted to go to Doctors. They also had this Life Insurance. Having this kind of insurance is a big help. You can't tell what may happen to us in the future. Only God knows. It's better for us to prepare somethings like this. I don't wanna leave my kids without something to protect and support them, that's why I am planning to have one of those. I think I can avail such benefits even I am not working in a company.

My Tripping Went Well last Sunday

Last Sunday, I have a client for tripping in CAVITE. My boss Mary Ann and her husband Rold assisted me this time because this is my first time with this particular project. I am glad it turned well although my client didn't reserve yet, I am still hoping she'll come back until wednesday.
I supposed to have another batch of tripping schedule that day but they backed out because they prefer to look for foreclosed projects, like the on in San Diego Bank Homes where there are really low cost properties and home foreclosed. I think if they were really looking for affordable and ready for occupancy units then this one really fits for them

What can you get from Alcohol?

I was once an alcoholic drinker before but not that addicted. I was a working student back then at some Jollibee and Greenwhich stores and I learned how to drink and smoke there. After our job in the evening like 11pm, we still go out and drink with my co workers. I am always tired and feeling not okay in the morning that's why I am always late to school. Thank God I still graduated in college, thanks to my husband who's always there guarding me hehehehhe =) He also knows how to drink but he never ended so drunk like me. I experienced that once and I don't wanna experience it again! When I got pregnant that's the time I stopped drinking and smoking untill now. I thought I'll be needing alcohol detox if I didn't stop drinking that time. And I don't want to be a bad role model to my kids, that's why untill now even I stopped breasfeeding already, I don't wanna go back drinking anymore. I don't want my kids to imitate me. I want to be a good role model to them, besides what can you get from alcohol anyway? Nothing. Just a TOXIC!

Mary Ann and I had a Site Orientation Today!

Mary ann (maryannnbinuya dot blogspot dot com) and I were both tired today. We visit new projects in Pasig City. There are lots of options we could possibly offer now. We first visit Camella Pasig, it's in pre selling stage, no house construction yet, then we went to Barcelona which is in pre selling stage too but there are some commercial tonwhouses that are ready for occupancy already. We also visited Manggahan Townhouses, where there are ready for occupancy. I love the houses here(see some of the pics). And last but not the least, our last stop, Sommerset Place where my boss Mary ann lives heheheh =) We ate lunch in their house first heheheh before we stayed at her office for a while. We talked about blogging, coz she started blogging already like me even she was so busy in realty. Blogging is really fun thing to do. There are lots of advantages. I really love blogging!!! =)
