Get Your Driver's License First!

"Get your driver's license first!" this is what I am always telling myself before I imagine so many things. You know I've been dreaming of having my own car yet I don't have my driver's license yet! I know I should get first but I am afraid to take the exam, lol. I guess I need to review first so that I can answer every question in the exam. And when I get my driver's license already, I will be visiting back http://www.wpbhyundai.com to look for used cars. I heard that West Palm Beach + Florida has plenty of very nice used cars there that's why I am eyeing on their items.  My husband keeps on telling me not to involve myself into car hunting first coz we all know we ca't afford to buy yet. But I just love to look at them, I can't lose anything on imagining these cars right? I am just dreaming about it. I love to have a car of my own someday, but hubby is correct, I have to make my first move, to get a driver's license!

I am so lucky to have such kids...they are my Angels, my Precious, My Everything!
So, I'm already 29, with good husband though he's not with us right now and 2 lovely angels who's making me feel complete. I feel so contented in my life except today that my husband is not here with us to celebrate. He promised to buy me a new cam (SLR) as s gift, I am excited coz it's one of my birthday wish but still lonely and unfulfilled. I miss him so much. He may buy me a SLR right now but in exchange, this..missing him so much. How I wish he's here with us right now. But few more months to wait...few more months to sacrifice. Soon we will be together as a happy family.
I did a stupid thing today, I thought husband didn't greet me coz I never receive any of his messages he sent via YM(sms). I got so lonely and I accused him that he forgot my birthday. But after he explained what happened and showed me evidence that he sent a message, a very wonderful message and I felt guilty for not asking him first before I got mad =(
I'm so sorry daddy.....=(
2 and half more hours and bye bye August 5, soon it will be Dad's birthday! I askedthe kids what's their gift for their dad coz I'll be sending a bag for him next week. I also thought of sending a nap mat =)) But that will add a cost for package. I will add a perfume instead. I don't know what to give daddy coz I guess he can buy what he needs there already. I just wanted to give something on his day. Hope to see you soon dad....I am sad fro we will not be able to celebrate your birthday with you. But it's okay coz next year I am looking forward celebrating it in our own garden there like in dallas sod =)

Our Little Treat for our Selves on Our Birthdays!

Hooray! Happy Birthday to me on the 5th of August and 14th to my hubby! Hay, ang tanda ko na! I'm turning 28 na and hubby is 27 palang! Parang kailan lang when I gave birth to Ishi 24 palang ako...habang nadadagdagan ang edad ni Ishi parang feeling ko tumatanda na ako lalo ahahahha! =) But it's okay coz feeling ko habang tumatanda ako mas nagiging masaya ako sa piling ng mga anak ko at sa asawa ko! Mas tumatanda mas madaming natututunan, mas dumadami ang experience mas nagiging madali para sakin ang pagsabak sa buhay.
Minsan lang kame mag celebrate ng birthday ng hubby ko simula nung nagkaanak kame, hindi na kame naghahanda di kagaya nung mga dalaga't binata pa. We used to celebrate our birthdays ng sabay with our friends. Pero ngayun, we we're celebrating our birthdays with our kiddos and with a cake siyempre dahil excited ang mga kids mag-blow ng candle sa cake =) This year we don't have plans yet, bahala na kung anu ang dumating. Surprisingly dad asked me to go to a parlor near our village. He wanted to have a footspa for himself. He asked me if I wanted a footspa too, pero sabi ko wag na perahin nalang nya ahahahah! Pero siyempre kaka bore naman sa parlor kung sasamahan ko sya dun na walang ginagawa so I chose to have a hair spa. Relax lang ng onti....masaya ako hindi dahil sa hair spa, masaya ako dahil magkasama kame ng hubby ko sa parlor. Parang Date na sakin yun! =) I love it when we spending time together alone, without the kids. Though mas masaya ako pag kasama ang kiddos namin pero iba pa din pag dalawa lang kame. This is again, a memorable birthday for me.

Soooo Much to Blog....

Hi guys! I just want to blog something today, I am back but I do still have no PC at home. My huby is using his laptop everyday in office, I don't know why he bought a personal laptop for his work why he can't request for it instead? Sigh! Now I can only use his laptop at night. Gosh! My tooth is aching as of the moment and I can't concentrate on what I am blogging. This is the only chance I can blog....I just wanted to share how busy am I for the past two weeks. We all know that the first week I am referring is the fisrt week of class and I have two students here. My daughter is in Nursery and My son is "saling pusa". I am busy preparing their baon in the morning and bringing my daughter to school and stay there for three hours. I still can't leave her. I am not staying inside but I can't still leave her ther for three hours. I don't know maybe I am enjoying my new company, the mommies like me there waiting for their kids too! It's fun that I have a new set of friends now aside from my friends in blogosphere which I am not meetng in person yet. I have two new sets of friends now. Another week I am busy with is that, my kids and my hubby got sick. Thank God the Doctor said it is only Faringitis. My kiddos were absent for two days, monday and tuesday. They don't have classes last wednesday and thursday, daddy and I watched Transformers2 last thursday and back to normal last friday. Kids were back to school and daddy is back to work. Yesterday, Saturday, daddy, my mom inlaw and I watched charice pempengco's concert at SMX. That was my first time to watch concert, and I enjoyed it! =) Now I have to sleep already coz artscow is under maintainance so I have nothing to do now. I'll catch up soon when I have my PC back =) See you soon guys! Good day!

Budgeting is the Hardest Job of a Wife

Am I right or I am the only one having a hard time doing it? Oh Please help me fellow moms! Lols!

You know when my husband and I got married we decided (it's hubby's idea) to hold each others salary, whenever I needed something I just have to list it down, give the total amount to him and that's it! I keep mine and he keep his. We have our own designated "gastos" lols! I felt so disappointed that time because I felt like my husband don't trust me with budgeting issues. Especially when someone's asking why my husband is not giving his salary to me. Lately, just this year, my husband is giving his ATM to me already. He's not asking for my list anymore. I am puzzled though I am happy coz I feel I am being trusted at last, lols! But now, honestly I am experiencing headache everytime I budget everything we need every payday. We are not paying any house rentals, we're only paying our condo amortization, we we're also not paying any water and electricity bills but the husband's salary is not enough unless I add my salary(too sad I can't). I don't have a fix income, we're lucky If I sell a property in cash coz if not, I have to wait for my money untill my client pay the whole downpayment and submit all he requirements. But's that's not the issue here coz we are not supposed to use my salary actually. We are saving it for processing fee of our condo on it's turn over date on 2010. I am really having a hard time budgetting my kids' baon, service vehicle payment and others. What a work! I never thought It's hard as this, how I wish I could turn back time and do our old set up, lols!
Joke only daddy! I am okay with this set up, I think i will get through with this soon, just let me do my job eheheheh =) And thanks for trusting me =)

Perfect Pancake Lesson

I always cook pancake for my kids ever since they started to eat solid foods. I am only buying ready to cook pancake but I can't still cook it perfectly (poor me). Sometimes it's not formed well, sometimes it is burned. I am still figuring it out one at a time why I always have these mistakes. I know I am not a good cook that's why I am practicing, though we all know making pancake is as easy as cooking an egg right? (Actually I had a hard time cooking an egg too hehehehe). Do you know that even if I can't make a perfect pancake, I am still teaching my three year old daughter Ishi how to cook one? Yes I do..... let me share you the complete lessons she got from making pancakes....
Whenever I am doing something, I wanted my daughter to be part of it. So when I am cooking pancake (since it was easy to do), I am inviting her to the kitchen and be part of the lessons - cooking, math, science, english and art. Here's what we do:
Ishi is going to mix the pancake powder with the water, she loves to stir it. I told her to say the word "stir, stir, stir" while she does it. And then she learned the word "STIR". After she has finally mixed it well, I'll ask her to watch me putting some butter or margarine in the pan then watch it transform from solid margarine to liquid margarine. Same with the pancake itself, before you cook it, it was liquid, and when it already cooked it'll became solid...then she began to learn about SOLID and LIQUID. When pancake is ready, Ishi loves to put strawberry syrup on top. ART time... she'll draw something she has in mind that time using the strawberry syrup on her pancake. After that, time to slice up the pancake into one half, then one fourth, one eight up to one sixteenth. She loves to do that, and then she learned some MATH.
I just realized a while ago (while we we're cooking pancake again), that I am always making a perfect pancake lesson. I may not teach her the good texture of a pancake, but I am proud to know she learned such things from me while cooking pancake. I should be proud right?

Ang aking payak na niluto ngyung araw na ito...pritong isdang galunggong, pritong hotdog para sa mga tsikiting ko at pritong talong na me sawsawang toyo-mansi. Hmm...hindi po agahan yan...hapunan po yan! Malamang nagtataka kayu bakit puro prito....sapagkat yan lamang po ang aking naisipang lutuin ngayung gabing ito para sa aking mahal na asawa. MAgluluto sana ako ng Ginataang Langka ngunit wala ankong makita sa palengke =( Kaya eto na lmanag ang aking niluto. Paborito naman nya ang galungong at ayaw nya ng malalaking galungong kundi maliliit lamang. Ngyun lamang po ako ulit nag luto napagkat meron po kameng kasama sa bahay na siya po talagang nagluluto para sa amin. Wala po sya ngyun, nagbakasyon, kaya ako po ang naatasang mag luto. Bukas ay magluluto ako ng mongo para sa tanghalian at sa hapunan... iniisip ko pa hehehehe. Salamat ke Mommy Enchie ng From My Kitchen and Beyond sa pagbibigay ng tips sa pagluluto.

My Personalized Mousepad

My Personal Mousepad Just Arrived!

I am so excited when the delivery came here yesterday morning and looking for me. I thought of my photo book already but sadly it's not. It's my mouse pad! Aside from my first photo book I ordered in artscow, I also ordered for personal mouse pad. I am so sad I can't show the pictures because my digicam cannot be open. I am so devastated when I was trying to turn it on it yesterday so I could take pic of my new personalized mousepad but it can't be turned on! What happened to my camera? I need to bring it in Olympus again! Yes again because the LCD was broken before and I've waited for more than a month because it was repaired in Hongkong pa! And now I have to wait that long again if ever there's something major happened to my camera. Sigh! Though I have a back up camera I used to use when I don't have my Olympus yet. Anyway I'll just post my mouse pad as soon as I take a pic of it already! Have a nice day everyone, I can't wait for my photo book already!

Looking for A Good Website Hosting

Our future website for House Finder Philippines is still in the process...my husband is so busy with his work. After work, he still wants to spent his few minutes with the kids. And during weekends, he still has something to do before he spent sometime with our website. That's why I am thinking if I should hire somebody who could finished it and have it hosted already. Posting free ads in some sites is no longer effective. I am not sure if that was just happening to me and not to any other people posting there. I have been looking for affordable yet effective website hosting. There are lots of referrals but I am not really sure how to choose a good one. I should know first some things I have to consider. Well ofcourse I want a webhost that can assure our products exposure. I am not actually aware of some things that a website host can able to do with websites, that's why I really need to research more about it before I decide.

Waaaaaaaah......Lost my PR2!!!!!

Wah!! I am so devastated today!!! Just checked "My Little Angels" to post some blogs and I saw my PR went down from 2 to 0!!!! What the heck happened? Oh Gosh! How will I ever gain it back? huhuhuhuhuhu!!!! What did I do wrong Mr. G? Why di you take it back? Huhuhuhuhuhu!!! Is it because I am not joining memes anymore and nobody's visiting me now? I must admit I've been busy these past few weeks and not joining meme's on time maybe that's why some participants didn't bother to check my post anymore! Hay, I should try to get back my page rank soon! How bout you? Did you check you PR already?

What's Wrong with PPP?

I am always waiting for an opp to come everyday, I am contented with whatever amount they offer as long as it will not take my whole time hehehhe. I am happy grabbing an opp even it is only for 50 dollar cents. Most of the opps were not priced like that, there were $1, $2 and sometime $5 and up! Not bad coz I am always infront of the computer talking to some clients and instead if wasting my time to nothing if I have no clients, why not grab an opp and write anything about it. This is fun anyways, aside from learning some stuffs, I can be able to earn dollars.
I started grabbing opps last December 31, 2008, that was my first time. Last January 31, I received my payment from PPP to Paypal and still has some peding payments. As of Now I have been paid 25.85 dollars! I am using it for some things like, my kids' toy and books. I do still have pending payments of 42.99 dolars. I am really happy with this kind of part time job hehehhe =) I know this is not that big but, it's not hard to earn either that's why I am still thankful. I know some of you out there were earning bigger than this compared to me having only a PR2. I am just happy to share that I am enjoying what i am doing. But I am so devastated lately. I don't know If you are experiencing this coz I became a victim for so many times now. Imagine, I am so excited everyday waiting for an opp but whenever I grab a white (opportunity available to you) or a green (featured opportunity is available to you) one, all I get is this "Sorry, you do not meet the opportunity requirements"! What the heck is happening? This is very disappointing! How come its has to appear in white or green code if I can't grab it? I hope they will fix it soon! I wanna earn more that's why I keep on trying to grab more opp, but if this thing keeps on happening how can I able to grab more? =( Any bloggers who are experiencing this?
