My Princess Ishi's 5th wonderPOOL Birthday Party

Mommy and Me Monday at Really, Are You Serious?

It's Mommy and Me Monday once again!
Just wanna share my Princess Ishi's 5th Birthday celebration last Sunday, 14th of November.
It was a POOL party. She chose to celebrate her birthday in a POOL since she loves swimming. She also requested for a Magic show so I rented a magician. She also said she wants to give away prizes so I let her do it. These were her requests, these are the things she wanted to do on her birthday. Husband and I were so happy that she enjoyed her party so much and every preparation for this party was all worth it.

These are my angels Ethan and Ate Ishi

Daddy was able to watch her via SKYPE and I was very thankful to technology coz Ishi could be able to celebrate with her daddy. :)

We had a simple program, magic show, blowing of candle and balloon popping.
We served simple foods like "Rice, Adobo, Asado, Fried Chicken, Spaghetti and Hotdog.
While the program is ongoing, the kids can't stop their selves from going to the POOL already.

The kids really enjoyed swimming especially the celebrant.

I have made some lootbags for the kids and prizes. There is supposed to be best in swim wear but since I have so many things in mind, I forgot to let the kids ramp and choose best in swim wear. I am quite frustrated but it's okay, just like what hubby said, no matter what it is as long as Ishi was happy just forget about it. :)

So there's my Princess birthday she really enjoyed not just because it's swimming party but because her classmates and close cousins and friends and teachers were there to celebrate with her.

My First Nuffnang Attendance - J&J Media Launch

I was invited to join Johnson's and Johnson's media lunch last November 3, 2010 held at Intercontinental Hotel in Makati.
This wasn't my first invitation but this was my first ever attendance to any Nuffnang's invitation.

Johnson's launched their WORLD of FIRST. Journey to motherhood is one of the best thing women will ever treasure. I was actually having a nostalgia when they tackled about it, I remembered how I became a first MOM and how it feels.

Senior Brand Manager for Johnson's Baby, Juan Carlos Garcia shared added information about Johnson's baby products. How important it is to give our babies the mildest and gentlest products like Johnson's.
Since we were young, we must admit Johnson's is our all time favorite. Until that I became a Mom, Johnson's is always first on my list. My kids used top to toe wash when they were babies and now that they are already toddlers, I am using Johnson's milk bath and even Johnson's baby powder that is always present even for adults like us.

Some celebrity moms like Lexi Schulze, Ria Tanjuatco-Trillo and Marielle Santos- Po also shared their "firsts" experiences. I had fun listening to them coz I love remembering these experiences.

They also conducted games for all the single ladies in the house. They have to gently bath the babies using Johnson's and Johnson's Baby Bath. After bathing of course they have to put some Johnson's baby lotion for their sensitive and young skin. After that, they have to put on johnson's baby powder before putting their diapers.
All of them did a good job so all them became winners!

Johnson's and Johnson's also giving away Amazing Baby Shower for all expectant Moms. Please visit their FACEBOOK account how to be able to join.

After the launching, bloggers of course didn't miss to tag along, strike a pose and have a little chit chat.

Divisoria Part 2

I have no choice bu to go to Divisoria again yesterday, I have to buy some things and my mom in law asked me to buy something also so that motivates me to go back there again. It's not that I don't wanna go there, I was just thinking if going there for so few items, I'd rather buy them in a mall. If you're going to Divisoria, you must be buying a lot of stuff as in bulk coz you're visit there will not be worth it. There were so many people there even in an ordinary days. But still it's fun to go there specially if you have enough money. There were so many China wholesale there that are very affordable. I am planning to go back there again if ever I thought of adding lootbags and give aways. I was making lootbags a while ago and I am not happy about it LOL. Hopefully tomorrow ain't gonna rain coz I experienced how awful it was to walk in Divisoria while raining :)

Party Planning

This week is the most tensed week for me. I am very excited for my Ishi's BIG day and I can't wait to celebrate her Birthday already. As usual, the mommy planner was so busy with so many things, from food to decors and give aways and guests confirmation etc.
I can't post the details yet coz my time is not enough yet. I just wanna share how nervous am I and how hectic my schedule was. Yesterday I went to DIVISORIA to buy some more things that I forgot to buy the last time I went there. Unfortunately It was raining and so I had a hard time traveling. I was wet and I was walking to a very muddy street! Not to mention very smelly mud! So now my problem is that my back is aching maybe because of too heavy rain even if I have umbrella. How I wish I will not get sick on Ishi;s birthday or else husband will get me a LifeInsuranceNoMedicalExam hahahaha! Just kidding. Just hoping and praying I will not get sick! :)

Mommy and Me Monday : #7 Birthday Parties

Happy Mommy Monday everyone!!!

Mommy and Me Monday at Really, Are You Serious?

Kids and I had a very hectic weekend again! Tiring but all worth it.
Last Saturday it was SATI's birthday, Pehpot's unica hija, at Jollibee Ortigas. Kids were in Tinker, peter pan and pirates costumes so my kids are wearing this ===>>

Ethan in pirate costume and Ishi in Tinker Fairy costume.

I didn't miss the opportunity to take a pic with some props with my Son who's the only one willing to take a pic with me :) My daughter is busy playing with her new friends that time.

This is Ishi ...finally met PETER PAN :)

And the pirates (tetchas's son in captain hook costume and My son Ethan in typical pirate) surrounding little peter pan (Lace' baby) and tinker () ;)

They had so much fun in the party, they met a lot of friends and they played with them too.

Not just the kids but for moms too! Sati's birthday looks so much like a bloggers event because there were so many Mommy bloggers invited with their kids.

Look at the Mommy Bloggers from left, NORA, Tetcha, Yami, Joy, Jingke, Rossel, Nicquee, Me, Lace, Fehdz, Niko and her daughter :)

See how Sati's birthday party became a blogger event? :)

Before we part ways, I asked again the moms to have a picture taking with the kids...look at us here...we don't know where to look for there are so many cameras shooting at us :)

Here's our other schedule...Sunday is another birthday party!
It's my friend's youngest's birthday in Jollibee again!

Here's my kids with me enjoying the fries :)
We also had fun in this birthday, we also won a lot of prizes....kids just love winning!

After this birthday party we headed to QC Circle Park again with my classmates in college and their families.
I have so many pics but I guess I have to blog it in other post next time :)

Ishi's Birthday Dress

It was hard to decide for my Little Princess, she wants a Cinderella dress but she chose to have a POOL party, now I am confused. I told her that she can't have a Cinderella Costume coz her theme is ARIEL. Actually I have no plan of buying her a dress because I want her to wear a special swimsuit but since the theme is not in season there were only few options to choose from. I have no choice but to buy a simple swim suit and a dress. She's gonna use the dress while having the program and change to swim wear after.
While kids are getting bigger, clothes are becoming issue already. They already know how to choose, they have their own preferences and tastes. My daughter Ishi is fond of wearing dress which is good but what I don't like about it is that she is so "makulit" at "magulo" so her dress is so messy after she wears it.
I guess a simple pink dress from Osh Kosh is fair enough for her to wear on her very special day. :)

Few Months to Go...

Time really flies so fast, it's been four months now and it feels like only yesterday when husband left fo US. Good heavens He gave us strength while being away from each other. My kids are getting used to it already.
Husband left last JUNE and he gonna be 5 months there already on 19th of November. It's sad in the few days and weeks but now is different, I feel so excited to know that we will soon be there with him! We processed our VISA already and we're already approved, next step is just wait until school year ends and until husband earned more savings us. Husband needs to look for an apartment first before he book us a flight. I am so excited to finally have our own house, and excited to decorate our own room, put on rustic bedroom furniture or any kind of bed. I am also excited to cook for my family even though I am not good at cooking. There are so many things to be excited about but first I have to focus on my daughter Ishi's birthday celebration this coming 14th of November. Then christmas and New year, etc. After those, I can't wait to fly to US so soon...just have to wait few months to go!
